1. Payments & Deposits

All deposits must be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Card details may be forwarded for processing.

The balance of the accommodation fee must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

No cheques are accepted.

Management reserves the right not to refund card transaction fees in the event of cancellation or where funds are reversed to a credit card.
2. Cancellation Policy

The confirmation constitutes a binding contract. Guests are liable for the full booking amount regardless of cancellation or partial cancellation.

The full deposit will be forfeited for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded only once the cancelled dates have been re-booked. A 10% administration fee will apply.

No refunds will be issued for reservations not taken up.

No reductions will be allowed for meals not taken or periods of absence.

Guests are liable for the full period booked, regardless of early departure or late arrival.
3. Reservations

Reservations may not be transferred.

Reductions or extensions are subject to arrangement with management and availability.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
-
Management will not be held responsible for errors arising from reservations not confirmed in writing.

While a specific cottage may be allocated at the time of enquiry, management reserves the right to transfer guests to an alternative cottage prior to arrival or during occupancy if necessary.
4. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 14:00

Check-out: By 10:00

Late departures may incur an additional day’s accommodation charge.

Extensions are subject to availability and must be booked as a separate reservation.
5. Guest Responsibilities & Liability

Guests are responsible for any breakages, shortages, or losses to linen, furniture, fittings, or other property during their stay.

Electrical appliances other than hairdryers and shavers require prior approval from management. Additional charges may apply.

Furniture and cottage property may not be rearranged or removed from the cottages.

Management is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ property or personal injury arising from fire, theft, or any other cause.

Management reserves the right of admission.

In the event of a breach of these conditions, refusal to comply with management requests, nuisance behaviour, or actions deemed detrimental to the property, management may terminate the stay immediately without refund and may recover any damages or loss of income.
6. Property & Lost Items

Personal property left behind will be stored at reception for 1 month. Thereafter, items will be donated.

Guests are responsible for arranging collection within this period.
7. General Policies

Minimum 2-night stay over weekends.
-
No short stays over long weekends.
-
No pets allowed.
-
Drones and motorbikes are strictly prohibited on hiking trails and within cottage areas to ensure a safe and serene environment.
