Mountain Biking.

The Berghouse Mountain bike trails offer mountain bike riders a challenging 16km’s of technical mountain bike routes.Bike hire is as follows: Min charge 4 hours R280 per bike and day fee of R400 per bike.

Starting at the reception, the trails wind their way down into the Mighty Tugela valley and back out of the valley via various marked routes to the reception.

Berghouse Trails adjoin the Drak Trails, mountain bikers are now offered a 150km’s of some of the most spectacular mountain bike riding in South Africa, as well as World Class Mountain Scenery. These trails are accessible year round with the establishment of the permanently marked and mapped mountain bike trails, with routes for all ability levels.

Please note that every rider accessing these mountain routes require a permit obtainable at The Berghouse and Cottages reception or the All Out Adventure centre.
